Description
A vacancy exists for an HR Administrator, reporting to the hospital manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full secretarial and administration support, coordinating, administering and processing accurate and complete HR related information in order to achieve error-free HR processes in support of Company strategic objectives.
Critical Outputs
• Management of the administrative processes regarding leave, new engagements, terminations, salary increases etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through ongoing communication sessions and address queries.
• Typing and formatting of correspondence and documentation.
• Capturing HR statistics.
• Compiling of reports.
• Assistance with full recruitment function including setting up of interviews, placing advertisements, reference checking and forwarding regret letters to unsuccessful candidates.
• Arranging meetings - agenda, venues, technical equipment.
• Co-ordinate HR initiatives and projects.
• Fully utilize internal communication structures to communicate information.
• Managing and maintaining an efficient filing system.
• Ensure that all standard and non-standard personnel administration queries and work requests are resolved efficiently and effectively with the required SLA’s and turnaround times.
• Actively involved in all HR Strategic Projects.
Requirements
• Post Matric qualification with 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Exposure to HR systems within a corporate environment (preferably Healthcare sector). Sage payroll and any time and attendance system exposure will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of relevant labour legislation.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Driver’s license & own transport.
