Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Data Analyst, reporting to the Group COO. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Acting as a liaison between business needs and technical capabilities, the analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable insights through rigorous analysis, data modeling, and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with technical proficiency and business acumen, operating in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, automated solutions that support strategic and operational goals.

Critical Outputs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.

• Translate business requirements into data specifications.

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate large data sets using SQL and other tools.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data sources

• Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business use cases.

• Build and maintain reusable data models and queries.

• Model business scenarios and conduct advanced data analyses.

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.

• Deploy analytics solutions in production environments.

• Monitor performance, optimize reports, and ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business needs.

• Drive innovation in reporting and data visualization across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics, working with large-scale datasets.

• At least 2 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and engaging with business users.

• Proficiency in SQL; experience with data modeling and transformation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Python, SAS, or similar technologies is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
