A vacancy exists for a Creditors Clerk reporting to Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping financial records that track the company’s expenditure, processing and reconciliation of suppliers’ account and financial activities at the facility.

Critical Outputs

• Reconcile accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Prepare payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are on file.

• Accurate and timeous record keeping.

• Prepare creditors reconciliations as per schedule.

• Process claims and pay creditors.

Requirements

• NQF Level 6 or equivalent.

• 3 years’ experience in a similar position in healthcare.

• Computer proficient.
