Description
A vacancy exists for a Client-Liaison Officer reporting to the Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will support the promotion of healthcare services by managing client communication, coordinating internal & external marketing campaigns, and strengthening engagement between patients, staff, and the organisation.
Critical Outputs
• Act as a liaison between clients, patients, and healthcare staff
• Assist clients with enquiries and basic service information.
• Liaise between clients, healthcare practitioners, and internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external campaigns
• Assist with community outreach, events, and promotional activities
• Escalate concerns or complaints appropriately and in a timely manner
Requirements
• Grade 12
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certificate or short course in Business administration or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to learn healthcare processes and systems
