Africa Healthcare invites tenders from qualified vendors for the supply security services. We are looking for a reliable supplier
who can meet our security needs in line with PSIRA regulations.
The scope of the tender includes the supply of security services to hospitals with specific security grade requirements.
This will cover approximately two hospitals

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria:
- Supervisor for the region to oversee processes and facilities
- Proof of PSIRA registration for company and guards
- Proven track record for supply of security services
- Each hospital to be Quoted/listed on a separate page including service offering
Payment Terms
The Payment terms will be 30 days from statement.
Evaluation Criteria
- Technical capabilities and experience in the supply of requested services
- Cost effective pricing

- Full Company and contact details of bidder
- Tax Certificate to be attached
- BBBEE Certificate to be attached
- CIPC Certificate to be attached
- Proof of Banking Details
- PSIRA Registration Certificate
Submission Instruction and closing date
- Registration documents
- Company Profile including references form previous clients
- Terms and conditions of sale including payment terms and any guarantees.
Closing Date
Interested parties are required to submit a formal proposal to tenders@africahealthcare.co.za or upload on
www.africahealthcare.co.za by no later than the closing date indicated. No applications will be considered that has been
submitted by hand unless formally requested to do so.
